Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking an experienced Document Controller II to manage GMP‑controlled documentation and support quality and operations across the organisation.

The role requires 4–8 years in document control or regulated manufacturing, with strong GMP/GDocP knowledge and effective stakeholder collaboration. The position is based on site in Tuas and runs until 31 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Life Sciences, QA, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in document control, QA or regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDocP and regulatory compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer the document management system (DMS) for GMP‑controlled documentation including SOPs and batch records.
• Manage document initiation, revision, review, approval, issuance and distribution workflows.
• Ensure version control, archiving, retention and retrieval in line with GMP and GDocP.
• Maintain compliant documentation and support regulatory inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and provide training on document control procedures.
