is seeking a Production & Admin Assistant to support the Office and Production departments in daily admin tasks, documentation, data entry, and site maintenance activities. The role involves ensuring equipment and facilities comply with safety standards, performing preventive maintenance, entering SAP maintenance transactions, supervising shop floor teams, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

Hands-on maintenance experience with troubleshooting.
Familiar with Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Motors and basic PLC control.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
Willing to work OT & shift work when necessary.
Well-organized with the ability to maintain proper records and documentation.
Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical) or Mechatronic/ Electromechanical or Electrical/ Electronic or equivalent.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience.

Responsibilities

Ensure all equipment/machinery and building facilities comply with safety standards.
Set up, document and carry out preventive maintenance per SOP.
Supervise preventive maintenance and minimize breakdowns.
Enter SAP maintenance transactions for repairs.
Supervise and oversee teams on production shop floor & warehousing for service and maintenance of all equipment.
Carry out maintenance tasks with proper records and to control maintenance costs.
Source for maintenance spare parts.
Adhere to ISO standards for all works carried out.
Ensure proper warehouse equipment maintenance and all aspects of warehouse safety.
Assist production supervisor to carry out product testing when needed.
