Job summary

Zagro is growing and seeks a motivated Maintenance cum Production Technician to support maintenance and plant operations in our manufacturing facility.

You will assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation and building facilities, help troubleshoot

Qualifications

• NITEC or Higher NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or related field.
• Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting or repair work.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, plant and building facilities.
• Support troubleshooting and rectification of faults in production machines, equipment and building facilities.
• Perform routine maintenance, servicing and minor repair works as assigned.
• Assist with plant process troubleshooting and equipment inspections.
• Assist in improvement activities to enhance equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
• Provide support and backup for control room operations and production teams to ensure smooth operations when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting supervisor.

MAINTENANCE CUM PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation, plant and building facilities.
• Support troubleshooting and rectification of faults in production machines, equipment and building facilities.
