Job summary

seeks a diligent Site Supervisor to coordinate inspection schedules, lead a subcontractor team, and ensure on-site safety and quality. The role emphasizes defect rectification, documentation, and timely delivery according to approved drawings and standards. The successful candidate will hold a relevant diploma/certificate, safety certification, and strong communication skills to liaise with clients, homeowners, and subcontractors on complex retrofit

Qualifications

• Diploma/Certificate in construction or related field or equivalent working experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Possesses Safety Supervisor Certificate and knowledge of on-site safety requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively with clients, homeowners and subcontractors.
• Strong in organizing and coordinating site work, managing workers and subcontractors.
• Good technical knowledge of building trades and defects rectification methods.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Developer/Management Agent/Consultants’ Representatives to schedule inspection and sequence work for defects rectification.
• Carry out inspections to identify root causes and recommend rectification actions.
• Manage daily site operations and lead a team of workers, coordinating with subcontractors per approved drawings and instructions.
• Ensure all site works comply with safety standards and processes.
• Inspect to ensure quality and acceptability of all works.
• Keep records and report progress/quality to stakeholders for defect closure.
• Report on progress and quality of rectification works on site.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Developer / Management Agent / Consultants’ Representatives to schedule inspection and sequence of work for defects rectification.


• Carry out inspections to identify root cause of defects issue and make suitable recommendation for rectification works.


• Manage daily site operations – coordinate with subcontractors and lead a team of workers to carry out works according to approved drawings, instructions, or approved method.


• Ensure that all site works are complying with safety standards and processes.


• Carry out inspection to ensure quality and acceptability of all works.


• Ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and keep proper records to close on defects cases with stakeholders.


• To report on the progress and quality of rectification works on site.

Requirement:

• With relevant trade Diploma / Certificates or working experiences.


• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).


• Possesses Safety Supervisor Certificate and knowledgeable on-site safety requirements.


• Able to communicate effectively with Client, Homeowners and Subcontractors.


• Strong in organization and coordination of site work, with respect to management of workers and Subcontractors.


• Good technical knowledge of building trades and acceptable practices, as well as defects rectification methodology is essential.


• Able to work independently and deliver results within stipulated deadlines.
