Job summary

hudsonmanpower seeks an experienced Auxiliary Operator to support machining operations and assist machine operators in daily production activities. The role emphasizes smooth workflow, material handling, and strict safety compliance on the shop floor.

You will help with loading/unloading, tool setup, and reporting machine issues, while ensuring adherence to production schedules and housekeeping standards. A minimum 5 years in machining and High School/ITI qualification are expected.

Qualifications

• High School / ITI qualification.
• Basic knowledge of CNC / conventional machining processes.
• Understanding shop floor safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist machine operators in machining processes.
• Handle raw materials and finished components.
• Load and unload materials on CNC / conventional machines.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of work area.
• Follow production schedules and supervisor instructions.
• Support tool change and setup activities.
• Ensure compliance with machine safety standards.
• Report any machine issues or production defects.
