Job summary

FOCAL ENERGY SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to service and repair CNC workshop equipment.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, and ensure timely, safe completion of repairs and preventive maintenance. You will work on high-precision CNC machines, disassemble and reassemble components, interpret diagrams, and uphold safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of maintenance and repair experience on CNC machines.
• Skilled in dismantling and reassembling equipment.
• Strong ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on workshop machinery to ensure operational reliability
• Troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical faults in workshop machinery
• Diagnose and fix mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic control system issues
• Complete repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance on equipment safely and on schedule
• Interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams to support troubleshooting tasks
• Maintain and organize maintenance tools and equipment securely
• Conduct safety inspections and adhere to procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the workshop area daily
• Execute additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisors
