Job summary

Brunel International S.E.A Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Machinery Engineer to provide field engineering support for rotating equipment in a live refinery and petrochemical environment.

You will troubleshoot, perform RCFA, and drive reliability improvements while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Process, Instrumentation and Electrical teams. This is a 12-month renewable contract emphasizing advisory engineering rather than routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years in refinery/petrochemical or related operating facilities.
• Experience with rotating equipment in live plant environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day field engineering support for machinery equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and propose engineering solutions.
• Conduct RCFA and reliability improvement initiatives.
• Support safe, reliable plant operations and major shutdowns.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Process, Instrumentation and Electrical teams.
