Job summary

DOVRE SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. seeks a Machinery Engineer with 5–10 years of refinery/petrochemical experience to support Singapore Manufacturing Complex operations. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and hands‑on engineering for plant equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include field engineering, troubleshooting, and collaboration with multiple teams to implement equipment improvements and maintenance plans. Strong communication in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Sound knowledge of discipline design standards, specs, codes and safety criteria.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of software programs.
• Read, write, and speak fluent English for technical and business communications.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to site safety rules and lead by example.
• Provide engineering support for safe and reliable operations at SCP and Refinery.
• Assist with major shutdown maintenance and critical equipment inspections.
• Lead field engineering activities and coordinate with PMTE and other teams.
• Provide technical training and contribute to network activities.
• Field troubleshooting and timely follow-up on engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with company controls and SHE protocols.
