Job description

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Operations Manager to perform all production activities at various stages. Provide technical assistance to ensure effective and efficient operations of the company. Enforce company policies and procedures within the office.

• Handle day-to-day technical tasks, including cutting, grinding, handling raw materials, testing, and quality checking finished products. Ensure products are stocked in appropriate quantities and assist with stock taking.

• Perform housekeeping and first-level troubleshooting of equipment as needed. Notify the Operations Manager of any mechanical or material issues.

• Maintain equipment and area cleanliness regularly. Comply with all safety and environmental regulations.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within Production. Adhere to the company’s attendance and tardiness standards.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent, with a minimum of 4-6 years of working experience.

• Proven experience as a Machine Operator, with knowledge of relevant terminology and computer literacy (MS Office).

• Good interpersonal skills, with exceptional analytical abilities. Able to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats.

• Ability to meet different expectations and to predict, understand, and manage own and others’ emotions, which is key to successful communication.
