Job summary

Avanade Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Architect to lead architecture, modernization, migration, and delivery of enterprise collaboration solutions across SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business and technical requirements into secure and scalable solution architectures, and provide hands-on leadership across the full solution lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of IT consulting, architecture, and leadership.
• Proven track record as Technical Architect for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 programmes.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint Online/On-premises, including migration expertise with ShareGate.
• Experience delivering projects for government cloud environments (Singapore Government/ Whole-of-Government) is a plus.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 10-15 years of overall IT consulting, architecture, solution delivery, and technical leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect for enterprise SharePoint and Microsoft 365 programmes.
• Deep hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (on-premises), including architecture, configuration, customization, integration, governance, security, administration, modernization, and troubleshooting.
