Public Service Division is seeking an experienced M365 Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 cloud solutions for robust performance, security, and compliance within government standards.

You will deploy Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive while monitoring service health, addressing issues, and optimizing configurations. Strong collaboration with IT teams and regular end-user training are part of the role.

Qualificações

At least 3 years of experience in development and management of M365 ecosystem.
Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
Experience with Identity Management: Active Directory and Entra ID.
Security products knowledge: Intune, Defender, Purview.
Endpoints management: Cloud PCs.
Keeps up to date with product roadmaps and best practices.
Strong team player with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to define operations concepts for new initiatives.
Good written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences.

Responsabilidades

Develop and deploy M365 solutions, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
Continuously monitor the health and performance of M365 services, proactively addressing issues and optimising configurations.
Implement robust security measures, including identity and access management, data protection and compliance with cyber and data security standards.
Provide technical support for M365-related issues, collaborating with other IT teams to resolve complex problems.
Create comprehensive documentation and conduct training sessions for end-users.
