Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years in tendering or quantity surveying, preferably in M&E construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (SLDs, Schematics, etc.).
• Strong Excel skills for costing, take-offs and data analysis.
• Excellent organization, detail-orientation, and multi-tender management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tender administration and document control for M&E projects.
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare cost estimations.
• Manage RFQ process: sourcing, supplier liaison, and quotation analysis.
• Coordinate final submission of tender documents.
• Collaborate with project team and participate in site visits for learning.
