Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance on M&E systems at Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park.

The role follows a Mon-Fri 8:00am–5:30pm schedule with Sat 8:00am–12:00pm, on-site duties, and on-call responsibilities as needed. You will diagnose issues on chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, generators and related equipment, carry out routine inspections, and document findings in maintenance checklists.

Qualifications

• Maintenance of M&E systems
• Troubleshooting of chillers and related equipment
• Equipment inspections and fault identification
• Supervision of external contractors during maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance for M&E systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot chillers, cooling towers, air compressors, generators and related building equipment
• Conduct routine inspections and identify equipment abnormalities
• Attend to fault reports and user complaints through the work request system
• Supervise external contractors during maintenance, repair and testing works
• Conduct scheduled equipment tests, including generator test runs
• Record maintenance activities, findings and recommendations in maintenance checklists
