Job summary

IET Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a maintenance technician to operate, inspect and maintain building M&E systems and equipment at a central site. You will carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works, inspect electrical systems, monitor equipment conditions and coordinate with external contractors.

Applicants should be prepared to follow safety, WSH and site procedures, attend to breakdowns and ensure reliable operations of ACMV/HVAC, pumps and ventilation systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate, inspect and maintain building M&E systems and equipment.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Maintain ACMV/HVAC, pumps, motors and ventilation systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical systems, lighting and power equipment.
• Attend to equipment breakdowns and rectify minor faults.
• Monitor equipment conditions and record maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and assist external contractors for M&E works.
• Comply with all safety, WSH and site procedures.
