Job summary

Treetops Executive Residences in Singapore seeks a hands-on Maintenance Technician to monitor and repair M&E systems across the property. You will perform preventive maintenance, support installation activities, and keep guest areas safe and comfortable.

The role requires technical qualifications in building services and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Training is provided for entry-level candidates with hospitality exposure.

Qualifications

• Minimum NTC 3 / NITEC in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• At least 1 year of relevant hospitality maintenance experience preferred.
• ITE candidates welcome with training provided.

Responsibilities

• General repair and maintenance of M&E systems including electrical, plumbing, AHU, and fire protection.
• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with modification and installation of M&E equipment.
• Attend to guests’ and tenants’ complaints promptly.

Duties & Responsibilities:

General repair and maintenance of Electrical, Plumbing, Sanitary systems, Air-conditioning, Ventilation system, Mechanical Equipment and Fire protection system etc

Perform preventive maintenance work & carry out duty on modification and installation of M&E equipment and appliances

Attend to guests’ and tenants complaints

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least NTC 3 / NITEC in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering/ Building Services or equivalent 1 year of relevant experience in hospitality preferred

Entry level ITE candidates are welcome to apply as we will offer training Able to commit to shifts, weekends and public holidays
