Job summary

JOBALLY PTE. LTD. is seeking an M&E Technician to support tenants by promptly addressing feedback and emergency breakdowns, and to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems.

You will conduct routine inspections of BAS and M&E services to ensure performance and compliance, supervise service contractors, coordinate works, and cover ad-hoc building operations tasks.

Qualifications

• NTC 3 or NITEC in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in M&E maintenance for commercial buildings.
• Ability to handle tenants’ feedback professionally and tactfully.
• Willing to work staggered or shift hours, including emergencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to tenants’ feedback promptly, including emergency breakdown calls.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain air-conditioning, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of the building, BAS, and M&E services to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
• Supervise and coordinate with appointed service contractors, ensuring works are carried out according to schedules and safety standards.
• Carry out ad-hoc duties related to building operations as required.
