Job summary

SsangYong Engineering & Construction Co. Ltd is seeking an experienced M&E Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical works for a major hospital development project in Singapore.

You will supervise daily site activities, coordinate with subcontractors and site teams, and ensure installation works meet drawings, specifications and project requirements. The role requires a Diploma or Certificate in Building Services and a minimum of 3 years of relevant M&E experience, with hospital

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical/Electrical Building Services is required.
• Experience reading M&E drawings, shop drawings and specifications is essential.
• Minimum 3 years in M&E construction or building services works.
• Hospital or healthcare project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily M&E works at the project site.
• Monitor installation of mechanical, electrical and building services systems.
• Read and interpret M&E drawings, shop drawings, specifications and method statements.
• Coordinate with M&E Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise M&E subcontractors and workers to ensure productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
