Job summary

GREAT RESOURCES M&E CONTRACTOR PTE LTD is seeking a Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate to coordinate M&E works on large-scale projects. You will attend site meetings, study drawings, and ensure works are executed per specifications.

The role requires independent work, strong leadership, and at least 3 years of experience with main-construction companies. On-site coordination with consultants and subcontractors is essential to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
Able to work independently and possess strong leadership quality.
Min Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 3 years of experience in main-con companies, preferably in large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Attend site meetings with consultants.
Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
