Job summary

CSC ENTERPRISE (S'PORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a site coordinator for M&E works on large-scale projects in Singapore. The role involves attending site meetings with consultants, studying M&E drawings, and ensuring works are executed per specifications on site.

The candidate should hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and have at least 2 years of related experience, with proven leadership and the ability to work independently to resolve on-site issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in main-con companies, preferably in large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently with strong leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager on any technical/site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
