Job summary

Achieve Career Consultant Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting an experienced M&E professional to lead site coordination and oversee M&E works for large-scale building projects. You will work closely with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure quality, safety and timely delivery.

The role requires a degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and 7-8 years of relevant experience with main contractors or M&E contractors, plus strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 7–8 years of relevant M&E construction experience with a main contractor or M&E contractor.
• Experience on building projects (commercial, industrial, mixed-development or institutional).
• Strong M&E site coordination and installation experience, including testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate M&E site activities with engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors on drawings, submissions, RFIs, materials, method statements.
• Monitor site progress and QA/QC against drawings and authority requirements.
• Manage schedules, manpower planning, site coordination and subcontractor performance.
• Review subcontractor claims, variation orders and technical documentation.
• Coordinate equipment installation, testing and commissioning, and authority inspections.
• Maintain project records and as-built drawings; support completion documents.
• Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization.
