Job summary

SHUN YI CHENG CONTRACT ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking an M&E Site Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily M&E works, coordinate ACMV, electrical and BMS installations, and ensure conformance with drawings and specs. The role requires reading drawings, on-site coordination, and strong communication with consultants, clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3-4 years of site M&E experience in Singapore.
• Experience in ACMV/HVAC, electrical and BMS systems.
• Ability to read M&E drawings and specifications.
• Experience in site coordination, installation, inspection and testing/commissioning.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Singapore M&E/construction project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily M&E works at project sites.
• Coordinate ACMV, electrical, controls/BMS with subcontractors and site teams.
• Review and interpret M&E drawings, specifications and shop drawings.
• Coordinate M&E installation works with architecture, structure and other trades.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, contractors, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with drawings and specs.
• Monitor project progress, workmanship, quality and site safety.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate rectification works.
• Assist with testing, commissioning and handover of ACMV/electrical/control systems.
• Prepare site reports, inspection records and progress updates.
