Job summary

KASZON PTE LTD is seeking a capable M&E Site Supervisor to oversee mechanical and electrical works on project sites in Singapore. The role involves coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, reviewing drawings, and ensuring works comply with specifications on-site.

The candidate should have a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, at least 2 years in large-scale projects, and demonstrate independent work and leadership qualities for effective site management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of site experience in main-construction companies, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong leadership.

Responsibilities

• Attend site meetings with consultants.
• Study M&E drawings and coordinate M&E works with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical/site issues.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications and drawings.
• Inform Project Director/Project Manager of any technical or site problems pertaining to M&E works.
• Supervise the progress of M&E works on site.
• Coordinate sub-contractor's M&E work and ensure the work is on schedule.
