JJOBB LLP is seeking a proactive M&E Coordinator to oversee technical operations for a major building project in the Central Region. Based in Bukit Timah, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality construction works on site.

You will lead onsite M&E coordination, monitor progress, and troubleshoot across architectural and structural disciplines, leveraging BIM and VDC concepts to align with building codes and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Lead onsite M&E coordination with architectural and structural teams.
• Requires a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3+ years of site coordination with a large-scale contractor.
• Proficiency in BIM, VDC concepts, and relevant building codes is advantageous.
