Job summary

Ho Lee Construction Pte Ltd is seeking a capable M&E Coordinator with 5+ years in construction. You will coordinate M&E activities across projects, liaise with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor, and ensure on-time, quality execution of site and pre-cast works. Strong teamwork and safety knowledge are essential.

The role requires proficiency in Revit/BIM tools and a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. PE board preference is noted.

Qualifications

Degree in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering; PE board preferred.
Minimum 5 years in construction with M&E coordination.
Proficient in Revit, BIM software.
Strong organization, communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and M&E practices.

Responsibilities

Report to the Project Manager and M&E Manager and coordinate M&E activities across the project.
Coordinate M&E-related issues with the Project Engineer and Architectural Supervisor to resolve technical discrepancies.
Coordinate service requirements for site work and pre-cast production, ensuring timely execution.
Schedule work activities and inspections to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Monitor progress of M&E works and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
Ensure all M&E work complies with drawings, specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
