Job summary

STRATEGIC ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled M&E site coordinator to prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.

You will resolve on-site M&E issues, manage subcontractors, and coordinate with architects and design engineers to ensure timely drawing approvals. You will supervise and coordinate M&E works on-site, understand main and subcontract requirements, and monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• Resolve site matters with regards to M&E services.
• Manage sub-contractors works and progress of works.
• Liaise with authorities for the commission of work.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval.
• Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site.
• Understand Main Contract/Subcontract requirements.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
