Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Site M&E Supervisor to review drawings and oversee M&E works on site. You will coordinate subcontractors and trades, ensure schedules and specifications are met, and drive safety and quality across all activities.

You will resolve issues with M&E installations in collaboration with the project team, maintain thorough documentation, and ensure compliance with local codes and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience with M&E site works is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Supervise and coordinate M&E site works, including subcontractors, suppliers, and multiple trades, ensuring compliance with project schedules, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Identify and resolve any issues related to M&E installations, working closely with the project team to implement solutions.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all M&E work, conducting regular inspections.
• Ensure that all M&E systems comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Manage project documentation and T&C, including reports, method statements, shop drawings, material submissions, T&C records, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals.
