Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining workplace safety programs.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits of facilities and practices.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Investigate accidents and near-misses; prepare reports and preventive measures.
• Coordinate and deliver safety training and orientation programs.
• Maintain safety records, permits, and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in emergency preparedness planning and drills.
• Track and report safety performance metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with supervisors to promote a positive safety culture.
• Assist with workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
