• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office for data management and reporting.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
• Careful, organized approach to managing quotations and deadlines.
• Open to candidates with less experience; guidance will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers and subcontractors for M&E materials and services.
• Obtain quotations, prepare price comparisons, and negotiate prices and terms.
• Prepare purchase recommendations and budgets for management approval.
• Create purchase orders and verify invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders for payment.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers and project teams.
• Assist with quantity take-offs, project costing, quotations, tenders, and variation orders.
• Assist in preparing progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts.
• Maintain organized procurement records, supplier quotations, and cost reports.
• Coordinate closely with Project, Finance, and Administration teams.
• Perform additional quantity surveying and purchasing duties as assigned.

• Prepare purchase recommendations and budgets for management approval to align with project financial goals
• Create purchase orders and verify that invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders are accurately matched for payment processing
• Monitor material delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers and project teams to maintain project timelines
• Assist with quantity take-offs, project costing, quotations, tenders, and variation orders to support project budgeting and planning
• Assist in preparing progress claims, subcontractor claims, and final accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain organized procurement records, supplier quotations, and project cost reports for transparency and audit purposes
