Job summary

KEYDENCE SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a qualified professional to manage tendering activities, perform measurements, and prepare Bills of Quantities in line with project specs. You will design tender proposals, assist in cost estimation, and ensure documentation accuracy.

You will collaborate with project teams through from tender to handover, supporting progress reports, claims, variations, and final accounts; strong English/Mandarin communication is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma/degree in Civil Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Mechanical & Electrical/Electronic or equivalent.
• Experience in Singapore’s construction, engineering or tendering for M&E works preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin communication is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Data collection and documentation handling.
• Attend and evaluate tender briefings and site surveys.
• Study contract documents, perform measurements and prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Design and prepare tender proposals according to client/project requirements and specifications.
• Preparation of tender submissions and analysis.
• Assist in cost estimation and quantity measurement.
• Oversee projects from Tender to Handover with well-prepared documentation.
• Collaborate with Project Team on progress reports, claims, variations, and final accounts.
