Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, or related field.
• At least 5 years of quantity surveying experience in M&E works.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems, tendering processes, and local pricing.
• Proficient in cost estimation software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QS activities related to M&E works from pre-contract to final account.
• Prepare cost estimates, tender submissions, and bills of quantities for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement and cost negotiations.
• Monitor budgets, track variations, and handle progress claims and cost reporting.
• Advise on contractual issues, commercial risks, and cost control strategies for M&E projects.
