Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveying professional to support commercial activities across data centre and high-tech EPC projects, including tendering and cost estimation.

You will evaluate quotations, monitor budgets and variations, assist in contract administration, prepare progress claims and final accounts, and liaise with clients, contractors and vendors, with occasional site visits to verify progress.

Qualifications

• Electrical / Data Centre / Semiconductor / High-Tech EPC Construction Industry background or knowledge is required.
• Entry-level candidates with relevant qualifications, as well as candidates with experience in Quantity Surveying, M&E, EPC, Construction, Data Centre, or Building Services projects, are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and tender submissions.
• Evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and variations.
• Support contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Prepare and assess progress claims, subcontractor payments, and final accounts.
• Conduct site visits to verify work progress and measurements.
• Assist in resolving commercial and contractual issues.
• Liaise with project teams, clients, contractors, and vendors.

Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Construction Management, or related disciplines
