SINGCON (M & E) SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Mechanical QS with tendering experience to join our M&E team and drive tender preparation, evaluation and contract document handling.

You will study drawings, prepare variation orders, and ensure accurate bill of quantities, pricing, and cost estimates for bids. The role demands meticulous attention and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in Mechanical QS.
• Knowledgeable in market unit rates.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Advanced or Higher or Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• At least 3 Years of working experience in Mechanical QS and knowledgeable in market unit rate.
• 5 days work week (Alternate Saturday)
