Job summary

KION Engineering Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor/Tender Officer to prepare tender submissions, including Bills of Quantities, and to prepare tender quotations with take-offs, materials outsourcing and costing.

You will interpret specifications and contract documents, source new suppliers and subcontractors, analyze and negotiate costs for tender BQs, measure quantities and estimate costs, and handle pre- and post-bid clarifications with consultants.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of relevant experience in similar industry.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of M&E works and costing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare tender submission including Bills of Quantities.
