Job summary

Lian Beng Construction (1988) Pte Ltd is seeking an M&E coordinator to oversee electrical and mechanical works on industrial, commercial, and institutional projects. The role emphasizes site supervision, coordination with sub-contractors, and ensuring compliance with authorities.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience; condo/HDB project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Industrial/Commercial and Institutional projects
• Having Condo/HDB Project experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Check all drawings and provisions pertaining to M&E works
• Coordinate all M&E sub-contractors’ work
• Ensure and check all M&E works conform to relevant authorities requirements
• Assist Quantity Surveyor in measuring work done
• Coordinate for the commissioning and testing of all M&E works.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, minimize environmental impact associated with the construction activities
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the work site
