Job summary

TIONG SENG CONTRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an Executive Supervisor (M&E) to oversee M&E works on site. The role requires preparing materials and shop drawings for consultant approvals, coordinating with the M&E subcontractor to maintain progress on schedule, and supervising work quality and safety on site.

You will work closely with the Project Manager/Engineer to develop method statements, risk assessments, and related documentation for clients.

Qualifications

• • To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• • Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.
• • Monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule.
• • Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Engineer to prepare Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment and related documentation for the client when requested.
• • Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
• • Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• • Any other duties assigned.

Responsibilities
