Job summary

Tiong Seng Contractors (Pte) Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Executive Supervisor (M&E) to oversee mechanical and electrical works on site, ensuring alignment with master program schedules and project requirements.

You will prepare and submit shop drawings and materials for consultant approval, monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and uphold safety regulations, attending project and progress meetings.

Responsibilities

• To prepare and submit materials and shop drawings to consultants for approval.
• Manage and liaise with M&E subcontractor on M&E work progress on schedule.
• To monitor and supervise work progression, quality control and ensure that safety regulation is observed and attend all project meetings and progress meetings relating to meeting master program schedule.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and/or Engineer to prepare Work Method Statement, Risk Assessment and related documentation for the client when requested.
• Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements.
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Any other duties assigned.
