Job summary

TIONG SENG CONTRACTORS (PRIVATE) LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a proactive M&E Project Coordinator to support the M&E Manager and Project Manager. You will manage M&E subcontractors, supervise progress and quality, and prepare technical drawings and progress reports to ensure project success.

The role requires a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of experience in project management or site coordination for building or civil projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination for building or civil projects with a main contractor.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive M&E support to the M&E Manager and Project Manager to ensure successful project delivery
• Manage and coordinate with M&E subcontractors to maintain work progress according to schedule
• Monitor and supervise work progression and quality control to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations
• Attend project and progress meetings to align work with the master program schedule
• Prepare structural penetration shop drawings for approval to meet project specifications
• Oversee and guide M&E staff, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure work follows approved shop drawings, materials, and method statements
• Prepare accurate and detailed M&E progress reports with photographs as required for project documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, codes of practice, and safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support project objectives
