JDA WMS Pte Ltd is seeking a capable professional to oversee building projects, interfacing with architects, engineers and vendors to resolve issues on site. You will review specs, validate drawings and ensure quality through the project lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years in construction, strong communication, and sharp attention to detail. You will monitor cost impacts, manage variations and drive on-schedule delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor-level engineering/architecture or related field.
• Civil/building discipline degree also acceptable.
• 3–5 years' experience in building/construction projects.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Interpret designs and drawings, give technical advice and resolve construction issues.
• Review project specs, clarifications and construction drawings.
• Check working drawings and identify discrepancies for resolution.
• Coordinate with architect, structural engineer, M&E consultant and vendors.
• Ensure site operations comply with Quality Plan, including QEMS.
• Coordinate with QAQC Engineer to meet customer requirements.
• Track variations and cost impact; report to Project Manager.
• Execute, monitor and ensure timely project completion.
• Prepare site reports and update stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and standards.
• Capture lessons learned and apply best practices.
