• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of M&E coordination experience on HDB projects.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Good interpersonal and relationship management.
• Ability to commence work on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate M&E works at project sites.
• Review project specifications and clarifications.
• Prepare method statements and identify discrepancies in drawings.
• Manage planning, design coordination, material requisition, and cost control.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with specs.
• Ensure adherence to quality, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure ISO management systems compliance.
• Perform other project-related duties as assigned.
