Job summary

Recruit Expert Pte. Ltd. is seeking an M&E Site Coordinator in Singapore to oversee installation works and coordinate with contractors and consultants. The role requires a diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 3 years of M&E experience in residential projects.

You will ensure compliance with design drawings, specifications and safety standards, assist in troubleshooting M&E systems, and monitor progress while reporting issues to the project team.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years’ experience in M&E works for HDB, Condo, and Landed projects.
• Knowledge of M&E systems, site coordination, and construction standards.
• Ability to interpret M&E drawings and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
