Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned M&E Project Manager in Singapore to own planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring safety, on-time completion within budget and high quality standards.

You will lead and coordinate MEP, including ACMV, Fire Protection, ELV, and other building services, manage consultants and contractors, review design development, and drive the full project lifecycle from design to handover while mentoring team members.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building Services.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, Fire Protection, ACMV, ELV, plumbing and related building services.
• Experience managing M&E design, installation, testing, commissioning, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of M&E project planning, execution and delivery.
• Lead and coordinate MEP systems and other building services.
• Drive the full project lifecycle from design through handover.
• Coordinate with M&E consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Review design development, shop drawings and method statements.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges and project risks.
