Job summary

the vine search pte. ltd. is seeking a seasoned M&E Project Lead to guide end-to-end M&E design and site delivery for interior fit-out projects in Singapore.

You will coordinate with architectural, structural, and civil teams, oversee HVAC, lighting, and ELV systems, and ensure compliance with Green Mark and local codes.

The role emphasises cost optimisation, timely handover, and clear communication with clients and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have M&E leadership experience on interior fit-out projects.
• Proven ability in tendering, costing and project delivery.
• Familiar with Singapore Green Mark requirements.
• Independent, proactive and strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination of M&E design with architectural, structural, and civil teams
