Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E Coordination will be an advantage.
• Min 3 years or more experience as M&E Coordinator in a local construction firm with HDB project experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore standards and requirements.
• Able to work independently with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand main contract and sub-contract requirements for M&E Works.
• Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specifications and guidelines.
• Prepare combined services drawings and liaise with consultants/clients.
• Manage M&E sub-contractor work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission and approvals.
• Study, coordinate and supervise M&E works with client representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters.
• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all relevant standards, codes of practice and safety regulations.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management / Project Manager.
