Job summary

SWC BUILDERS & ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable MEP Site Coordinator to assist the Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services within the project programme.

You will liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters to ensure on-time delivery. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or Environment Engineering and at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services/Environment Engineering or related field.
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiarity with local code of practice.
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Willing to learn and work under pressure.
• Team player with good working attitude.
• Detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within programme
• Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and Coordinate M&E services and coordinate with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Execute mechanical and electrical works in building construction
• Supervise day-to-day site works
• Handle the project supervision and documentation
• Manage M&E subcontractors’ submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with BIM team
• Attend progress/site/MEP meeting
• Compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations
• Ensure M&E works are performed on time within the budget
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with Requirements
