Job summary

Hwa Sheng Construction is seeking an M&E Coordination professional to assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating mechanical and electrical works on site in Singapore. The role requires liaising with site engineers to ensure a smooth workflow and managing coordination meetings with M&A teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

You should have a Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or equivalent, familiarity with construction site activities, and at least 3 years of relevant

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent (minimum).
• Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Familiar with construction site activities.
• Coordinate, liaise & communicate with people at all levels.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in building construction.
• Able to work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, controlling and coordinating mechanical and electrical works.
• Check discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications.
• Liaise with site engineers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct M&A coordination meetings.
• Schedule and monitor M&A work progress.
• Monitor M&A works documents and shop drawings coordination.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Negotiate approval for M&A changes to the project.
