ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Project Engineer (M&E - Plumbing & Sanitary) to manage site operations at Sungei Kadut.

You will lead a team of site supervisors and subcontractors, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure progress aligns with the project schedule. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, knowledge of building installation works, and familiarity with AutoCAD or Revit.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial building installation works.
• Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is an advantage.
• Familiarity with HDB projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage site operations and oversee a team of site supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate tasks and communicate with clients and consultants.
• Ensure construction progress is on track according to the project schedule.
• Enforce quality control and safety management protocols.
• Keep site staff and subcontractors updated on approved materials and latest drawings.
• Coordinate different trades on-site to ensure smooth execution.
• Any ad hoc duties assigned.
