IL Network Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Engineer to plan and oversee plumbing and sanitary works from start to finish in Singapore. You will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure smooth execution and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Construction Management and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong drawing interpretation and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or construction, preferably in plumbing and sanitary works.
• Good knowledge of plumbing systems, sanitary installations, and construction processes.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan and oversee plumbing and sanitary works from project commencement to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and site workers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Supervise site activities and ensure work meets quality, safety, and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, manpower, and material usage.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and relevant regulations.
• Identify and resolve site issues and technical problems.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.
• Monitor project costs and assist with procurement, progress claims, and variation orders.
