Job summary

Sunland (S) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to design and coordinate building mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection. The role involves reviewing drawings, liaising with consultants, and ensuring installations meet project specs.

You will supervise on-site works, assist with testing and commissioning, and prepare documentation such as O&M manuals and as-built drawings for handover. Strong CAD/BIM skills and knowledge of local codes are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design for buildings.
• Ability to review mechanical drawings and submittals.
• Coordinate M&E layouts with architectural and electrical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems for buildings (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection).
• Review technical drawings and submittals per project requirements.
• Coordinate M&E designs with other disciplines.
• Supervise site works ensuring quality and safety.
• Plan testing and commissioning; handover documentation.
• Ensure compliance with codes and standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, SS).
• Prepare BOQs and cost estimates related to mechanical systems.
