Job summary

KAH ENGINEERING (1986) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced M&E Site Supervisor/Engineer to assist planning and scheduling of M&E works and to monitor progress in Singapore projects.

You will coordinate with consultants and sub-contractors to resolve technical issues and ensure on-time completion. You will review shop drawings and submissions, maintain inspection records, and participate in project meetings.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, recognized by PE Board Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Singapore building and construction industry.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering experience in HDB projects or high-rise developments will be an advantage.
• Hands-on electrical and mechanical knowledge with strong coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning and scheduling of M&E works according to project timelines.
• Control the progress of submissions for timely completion (RFA, RFI, Technical Submissions and Equipment Material Status).
• Study of construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
• Control site progress & installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical Submissions and Equipment/Material Schedule for on-time completion.
• Participate in all relevant project review meetings, site meetings, design meetings, and other project relevant meetings.
• Responsible for carrying out M&E technical meetings and resolving technical issues with record.
• Provide and maintain all site inspection records & T&C records up to date.
