Job summary

Takenaka Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services on our projects in Singapore's East region.

You will work closely with other departments to meet project/tender schedules and handle supervision and documentation. Responsibilities include liaising with sub-contractors and consultants for method statements, drawings, materials, and progress, attending site meetings, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Prior A&A, airport and office buildings related projects preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently, proactive and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising and coordinating M&E services work and coordination with other departments to meet project/tender schedules.
• Handle project supervision and documentation.
• Engage and liaise with sub-contractors and consultants for method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and progress.
• Attend progress/site/meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations.
• Be involved in overall project planning and scheduling for M&E works.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
